- Recruitment professional experienced in end-to-end hiring for manufacturing (Automobile & Pharma) and non-IT positions. Skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining formalities through job portals, social media, references, and databases. Experienced in managing multiple vacancies, recruitment targets, candidate databases, and hiring trackers, with the ability to manage recruitment pipelines and support junior recruiters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing (Automobile , Pharma)and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and joining formalities.
- Manage multiple positions and meet recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Senior candidates may also be responsible for handling recruitment pipelines and guiding junior recruiters.
- Recruitment experience in the manufacturing/non-IT domain preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
