About the role

Mechanical/Production Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in Tool Room/Manufacturing Engineering, skilled in Fin & Tube Tooling, Radiator/Condenser processes, Core Builder, troubleshooting, PFMEA, 5 Why, 8D, AutoCAD, and process improvement. Experienced in tooling, prototype development, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

Trouble shooting & problem solving of process issues related Fin & Tube Tooling
Trouble shooting related to process issues of Core Builder
Knowledge of PFMEA
5 Why Breakdown Analysis & perform Preventive maintenance
Knowledge of steel materials & heat treatment process
Functional Competencies Required
  • Basic product knowledge of Radiator & Condenser
  • Assembly & Process setting of Fin & Tube Tooling
  • Know-how of Radiator & Core Builder process & Machine design
  • Root Cause analysis through 5Why & 8D methodologies
  • Proficient in 2D Auto Cad etc.
  • PFMEA study.
  • Build/Coordinate prototype engineering activities related to prototype build.
  • Responsible for series projects improvement.
  • Understanding of design of components, manufacturing processes, equipments, and other functions.
  • Knowledge of Stamped /machined process and components.

Preferred candidate profile
  • Qualifications - B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
  • Experience - 04 to 6 Years of Experience in ME/PE/Tooling in a similar industry and preferably in Condenser, Radiator, EGR & Charge Air Cooler Manufacturing & Development
