About the role

  • 4-5 Years of experience in Techno functional consultant who can manage IT Project Deliveries.
  • Working knowledge across enterprise IT domains with hands-on delivery experience in at least 2-3 skill areas and functional awareness across remaining areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Technical Delivery-Participate in design, development, and deployment of enterprise IT solutions across cloud, application, integration, and data layers.
  • Functional Bridge-Translate business requirements into clear technical user stories, functional specifications, and Jira tasks.
  • Architecture & Governance-Ensure all deliverables comply with enterprise architecture standards, design principles, and governance frameworks.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting-Maintain project trackers and ensure all workstreams are up to date.
  • Cloud Platforms-Basic to working knowledge of any major cloud platform GCP including understanding of compute, storage, networking, and IAM concepts.
  • Application Development & Architecture-Understanding of REST API concepts request/response structure, authentication, status codes, and basic API testing using tools like Postman.
  • Integration & Middleware-Awareness of enterprise integration concepts how systems talk to each other using APIs, events, or file-based methods.
  • Data & Reporting-Ability to work with structured data write basic SQL queries, understand table structures, and validate data outputs.
  • AI & Workflow Automation-Awareness of AI and automation concepts — what generative AI, workflow engines, and process automation tools can do in an enterprise context.
  • Databases-Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) . Ability to write queries, understand relationships, and validate data.
  • DevOps & Project Tooling-Familiarity with CI/CD concepts — understanding of how code moves from development to testing to production environments.
  • Security & Compliance-Basic understanding of API security — concepts like OAuth2, tokens, and secure API communication.
  • 4–5 years of experience in IT/Techno-Functional Consulting and IT Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience in 2–3 enterprise IT technology areas, with functional understanding of other IT domains.
  • Strong knowledge of technical project delivery, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and Jira tasks.
  • Working knowledge of GCP/cloud platforms, REST APIs, integrations, databases, SQL, and DevOps/CI-CD concepts.
  • Basic understanding of AI, workflow automation, API security, OAuth2, and enterprise architecture/governance.
  • Experience with project tracking, reporting, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, CSE, or Computer Science & Business Systems preferred.
  • Experience in the automobile or manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.
