✔️Production planning and scheduling as per customer demand
✔️Coordination with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality & Logistics teams
✔️Material planning and inventory control to ensure smooth production flow
✔️Monitoring production targets vs actual achievement
✔️Dispatch planning and customer schedule management
✔️Preparing MIS reports related to production, inventory, shortages & dispatch
✔️ERP / SAP data handling and planning coordination
✔️Managing line shortages and ensuring timely material availability
