• Skilled in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, building strong candidate relationships, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

·         Source the candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.

·         Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.

·         Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

·         Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
