About the role

  • The Specification Engineer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in targeted markets, supporting the sales process through accurate quantity take-offs, qualification assessments, and quote creation, and building a strong opportunity funnel aligned with business targets.
  • The role requires strong technical expertise in MEP systems and large building construction projects, along with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications to support commercial success.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical or civil engineering.

·         4-6 years of experience in MEP systems, large building construction, plumbing site.execution, Commercial Sinks and drinking water systems.

·         Strong understanding of building materials and construction industry standards.

·         Proficiency in using digital tools and systems; experience with AI-based platforms is a plus.

·         Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

·         Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access)

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of experience in MEP, plumbing, and building construction.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, MEP drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Experience in water supply, drinking water systems, and commercial sinks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
