Senior Devops Engineer
About the role
- Senior DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to lead our infrastructure automation and production reliability efforts.
- The ideal candidate will be a specialist in distributed systems (Kafka, Redis) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- You will be responsible for the "Gold Standard" of our GitHub workflows and will act as the primary responder for production troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Infrastructure & Cloud: Design and manage scalable, secure cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
· Orchestration & Containers: Lead the deployment and management of production Kubernetes clusters, including Helm charts and Ingress.
· Data & Messaging: Maintain and tune high-performance Kafka clusters and Redis cache instances for zero-downtime operations.
· CI/CD & GitHub: Implement GitHub Best Practices, including trunk-based development, branch protection, and reusable GitHub Actions.
· Production SRE: Take ownership of the production environment, performing deep-dive troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
· 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE.
· Proven experience in Production Troubleshooting (not just development).
· Deep expertise in Kafka (Topics, Partitions, Consumer Groups) and Redis.
· Strong mastery of Kubernetes in a production setting.
· Expert-level knowledge of GitHub security and automation features.
