- Experienced Recruitment Professional with expertise in end-to-end hiring for manufacturing sectors, including technical, engineering, managerial, and bulk recruitment.
- Skilled in sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, campus drives, and maintaining recruitment MIS and dashboards.
Roles and Responsibilities
· End-to-End Recruitment- Handle full cycle hiring for roles for Manufacturing sector at all levels.
· Should have experience in recruiting for any domain like Automotive, Engineering, Pharma & FMCG sectors.
· Source candidates through job portals, Data bank, industry references.
· Lateral Positions of Managers, Engineers, Officers for various departments.
· Bulk/volume hiring for Manufacturing companies.
· Technical & Engineering Hiring - Recruit for technical roles like Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, QC/QA Engineer, Design Engineer, Automation Engineer, etc.
· Align hiring priorities with daily/weekly/monthly requirements.
· Manage expectations, interview schedules, feedback cycles, and offer.
· Maintain detailed recruitment dashboards, MIS, and compliance records.
· Participate in campus drives, job fairs, and walk-ins.
· Bachelors degree or MBA in any subject with 15 years of experience in recruitment in manufacturing sector/ Service Sector

be considered for Team Lead position.
Required Skills & Competencies - Excellent communication and negotiation
skills. Ability to closing the positions faster.
· Strong sourcing, networking, and market-mapping skills. Proficient in recruitment tools and MS Excel
Education
PG: MBA / PGDM, UG: Any graduate
