A high-impact turnaround leadership role responsible for upgrading quality systems, driving digital transformation, and fostering a robust quality culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
- QMS Architecture: Design, overhaul, and lead the QMS, including SOPs, Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA systems.
- Audit Leadership: Act as the Lead Auditee for all client and regulatory audits (FSSAI, AYUSH, WHO-GMP).
- Digital Transformation: Drive a paperless environment by digitizing workflows via Google Workspace and ERP.
- Data Integrity: Enforce strict ALCOA+ principles across all BMR and BPR processes.
- Shop-Floor Compliance: Conduct regular shop-floor audits to ensure real-time GMP compliance and oversee batch releases..
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology / Life Sciences).
- Experience: 10+ years in QA within Nutraceutical, Herbal, or Cosmeceutical formulations (Tablets, Capsules, Liquids). API-only experience will not be considered.
- Audit Track Record: Proven success in leading and clearing major client or regulatory audits.
- Skills: Expert in QMS design, Root Cause Analysis, and Validation/Qualification protocols.
