About the role

Manage end-to-end customer programs from planning to launch, including APQP, milestone tracking, feasibility, supplier coordination, Capex/tooling, cost savings, PSW/BOM approvals, 4M implementation, ramp-up, and final handover. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Inputs Agreement with Customer & Supplier

1. Customer Meeting and Align on customer CAD, Mile stone, Capacity Requirement

2. Lead team & Facilitate team including internal CFT

3. Feasibility, Risk Assessment, Capacity, Layout, Supplier Time line, Investment sign off

4. Customer Portal Updation for APQP process


Adherence of MRD & Customer Mile stone

1. Preparation of Master Time plan, Review , Monitoring, Adherence of the same

2. Program update Presentation and


Report, Meeting

3. Capex Preparation and Update in portal

4. PO to the supplier & Payment

5. Execution of Program as per time plan


PSW Sign off & Hand Over

1. Ensure 4M planned and implemented as per time plan

2. PSW sign off and Smooth Ramp up

3. Ensure BOM sign off

4. Ensure Handover

5. Lesson Learnt Preparation
