About the role

  • The Program Logistics Manager will oversee the end-to-end logistics operations for automotive programs, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of components, assemblies, and finished vehicles.
  • This role bridges inbound, in-plant, and outbound logistics, aligning with production schedules and customer delivery requirements.

·         On-Time In-Full delivery

·         Production line stoppage incidents

·         Inventory turnover ratio

·         Transportation and logistics cost per unit

·         Supplier delivery performance

·         Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 

      • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech with 3–7 years’ experience in automotive logistics or supply chain.
      • Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, packaging, EXIM, customs, and freight forwarding.
      • Experience in auto components, supplier coordination, inventory, and demand planning preferred.
      • Good skills in program management, cost optimization, analytics, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
      • Knowledge of Lean Logistics and MS Excel/BI tools preferred.
      • Strong focus on OTIF, cost, delivery, quality, and safety.
