About the role

  1. Manufacturing professional with a strong focus on production efficiency, capacity utilization, and cost optimization. Process-oriented with a commitment to quality systems, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Experienced in driving process improvements and familiar with automotive OEM expectations, standards, and working culture from a supplier’s perspective.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient production process, capacity utilization with cost saving initiatives

2. Process oriented as Quality systems

3. Drive improvements        

4. familiar with Automotive OEM culture as an supplier

  1. Experience in VMC and CNC machines. 
  2. Programming knowledge added advantage
  3. Machine Booking planning knowledge
  4. Problem solving analytical skills
  5. Leadership- Lead cross functional tam, motivate and communicate effectively with the tea
  6. Education - Diploma or degree in Engineering, preferred Mechanical or industrial
