Production Supervisor(Leaf Spring)

• Supervise leaf spring production operations to achieve daily targets while ensuring quality, safety, manpower utilization, 5S, and timely coordination with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Planning.
• Maintain production, rejection, downtime, and attendance records.

·         Supervise end-to-end leaf spring manufacturing processes.

·         Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per plan.

·         Allocate work to operators and helpers according to skills.

·         Maintain attendance, discipline, and shift planning.

·         Train workers on SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.

·         Ensure use of PPE and safe handling of hot materials and heavy components.

·         Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S and continuous improvement activities.

·         Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

·         Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Planning departments.

·         Maintain daily production, rejection, and downtime reports.
