Results-driven Production Manager with experience in production planning, quality improvement, KPI monitoring, scrap cost reduction, and process optimization. Skilled in IATF compliance, 4M change management, TPM JH pillar activities, 5S implementation, consumables cost control, and MIS reporting. Committed to driving operational excellence, ensuring on-time production, and promoting a Zero Defect Culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Activity works on improvement projects to reduce internal defects and scrap costs, promoting a Zero Defect Culture.
- Planning and organizing production schedules and ensuring that products are produced on time and meet quality standards.
- Ensuring all KPIs remain under control through regular reviews and providing support during escalations.
- Ensuring compliance with IATF, EOHS, AHQ, and MPS systems.
- Monitoring and controlling consumables costs.
- Handling change management activities related to 4M.
- Driving TPM JH pillar activities.
- Ensuring proper 5S implementation as per established standards.
- Preparing MIS reports.
- B. Tech.: Mech. / Prod. / Automobile / IE with 12+ years of experience
- 5S, TPS, VSM, SAP-SD module, MS Office, Excel, PPT, Presentation and analysis skills, Manpower Handling
