🎯 Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Paint Shop Production

🕒 Experience: 6+ Years

🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical / Automobile / Production)

✅ Manage end-to-end Paint Shop production operations.

✅ Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

✅ Handle Pretreatment (PT), ED, Sealer, Primer, Top Coat & Baking processes.

✅ Drive process improvement, defect reduction, and productivity enhancement.

✅ Lead shift operations, manpower planning, and team development.

✅ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

✅ Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and EHS best practices.
