Production - Diversity Candidates

• Seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Vehicle Assembly, Fabrication, Weld Shop, and Paint Shop operations.

Vehicle Assembly

·         Assemble vehicle components according to engineering drawings and work instructions

·         Conduct basic mechanical and electrical fitments

·         Perform quality checks ensuring compliance with standards

·         Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

Fabrication

·         Assist in sheet-metal cutting, bending, trimming, and structural fabrication

·         Read and interpret basic fabrication drawings

·         Operate fabrication machines safely (press machines, shears, grinders, etc.)

Weld Shop

·         Support MIG/TIG/Spot welding processes based on skill level

·         Prepare materials before welding (cleaning, clamping, alignment)

·         Hands experience on robotic welding

·         Perform basic weld finishing operations (grinding, polishing)

·         Follow all welding safety protocols and PPE requirements

Paint Shop

·         Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, cleaning, masking)

·         Assist in primer and top-coat application

·         Hands experience on robotic painting

·         Carry out paint booth operations under supervision

·         Inspect painted surfaces for quality and finish standards
