About the role

  • To drive Operational Strategy (OS) and Business Excellence (BE) initiatives at Plant level to achieve overall Plant Performance & Score.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy & Business Excellence Pillars (PQCDSM)
  • Monitor actual vs target performance and highlight gaps for all OS & BE pillars.
  • Review and drive ALPS and problemsolving projects (APS / BPS / Taskbased).
  • Review Daily Management and Policy Management systems.
  • Drive TEI participation across departments.
  • Organize monthly Rewards & Recognition events.

Act as Lead Trainer for: Problem Solving, TQM
Review OS & BE activities with Plant Champions / Plant Coordinator.
Plant MR (Management Representative)
Drive Plant MR activities
Conduct Internal Auditor certification training
Conduct Core Tools training:
FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions (WI),PPAP,APQP
  • Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years (Manufacturing / Plant environment)
  • Certification Exposure: ISO 9001:2015, Core Tools, TQM, Problem Solving
