About the role

  • Maintenance Engineer with 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in machine shop maintenance within the automobile industry.
  • Proven expertise in maximizing machine uptime, executing predictive and preventive maintenance via SAP, and ensuring compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all safety compliances.
  • Responsible for Machine availability and up time.
  • Responsible for spare parts management, continual improvement and focused maintenance.
  • Responsible for MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown%.
  • Responsible for breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, periodic maintenance, time based maintenance.
  • To ensure maintenance activity done thru SAP only.
  • Responsible for TS16949, ISO 14001 2015 & ISO 45001 2018, activities and implementation & audit.
  • To attend departmental meetings.
  • Follow up with purchase dept for spare procurement.

  • B.E./B.Tech. OR Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
  • Proven Hands-on maintenance Experience of 2 to 8 years in Machine Shop Maintenance.
