Material Controller (Body/Chassis)

• Managed supplier planning, material follow-up, vendor coordination, payments, reconciliations, GST credits, PO creation, and MIS reporting, ensuring timely material availability and smooth supply-chain operations.

·         Releasing yearly Business plan and Rolling forecast to supplier

·         Coordinating with Purchase team for all supplies and Quality related issues

·         Release of call off schedules for Body/ Chassis Parts

·         Body/Chassis planning and follow up for receiving

·         Follow up for Vendor payments (Local & Imports) & GST Credits

·         Co-ordination with project team for material follow up & clearance

·         Vendors accounts reconciliation

·         Job work material reconciliation

·         Rejected part sending back to Vendors

·         EO Parts PO Creation

·         MIS Reports
