Manufacturing Engineering Manager

·         Preparation of Management Approval for required resources, Plant facility, New machines, Tooling , fixture, gauges, Material Handling equipment, storage facility, Assembly fixture, New assembly line design / line setups using Operation Research Tools

·         Process design and planning function of APQP, Process design/Process planning, Process Method finalization with optimum cycle time. Preparation of departmental procedures, manufacturing feasibility study, PFMEA, Process Flow, Control plan, work Instruction, SOP,

·         Preparation of PPAP, DR audit, SPC Study, MSA, Gauge R&R

·         Cycle time study using MOST (Industrial Engineering tool) and Cycle time reduction by Value Analysis as part of continuous improvement.

·         Conducting Project status meeting with all stake holder i.e. project review meetings , NPD meetings, Record of concern, handling conflict situation and drive the activities smoothly, resoles problems by systematic analysis process.

·         Development status report preparation and submission to management for review.

·         Plant Layout preparation, Leading the CFT of Production, Quality, Maint. and Civil to plan & execute utility activities

·         Implementation of Engineering change management (DMN) related to cost reduction,communication and field failure.

·         Driving & achieving the deliverables (Process & facilities planning) on assembly line for each gates requirement from Proto phase to Ramp up Phase.
