Maintenance Engineer

• Maintenance professional with hands-on experience in machine shop, assembly, and paint shop maintenance, focused on breakdown minimization and equipment reliability.
• Skilled in preventive maintenance, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), safety systems, LOTO, work permits, PPE compliance, Poka-Yoke, and hazard/risk assessment.
• Experienced in implementing 5S and Kaizen initiatives with knowledge of QMS and IATF systems, while maintaining compliance with maintenance SOPs and workplace safety standards.

·         Breakdown minimization of machine shop, Assembly and paint shop.

·         To initiate & implement Corrective & Preventive actions & assess for effectiveness.

·         To carry out maintenance activities as per preventive maintenance schedule

·         Identify and report near miss and investigate

·         Follow machine check sheet i.e. Poka-Yoke Installed and Working, Leakage and safety parameters.

·         Installation of Safety guard, follow PPE, Work permit system, LOTO System etc.

·         Follow maintenance SOPs

·         Always Check Potential Hazard, risk Severity, Control Measures.

·         To promote and implement 5S & Kaizen activities

·         Knowledge of QMS & IATF system.
