About the role

  • Production and Manufacturing professional with hands-on experience in assembly line operations, sub-assembly and main assembly, SOP compliance, BOM and drawing interpretation, soldering, and use of electronic tools.
  • Skilled in Kaizen, 5S, line balancing, and manpower handling, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and safety.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform integration and assembly of child sub-assemblies and main assemblies according to production requirements.
  • Interpret, understand, and execute work strictly as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Read, understand, and verify components against engineering drawings, part specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in manual and electronic soldering operations, ensuring quality and reliability standards are met.
  • Apply Kaizen principles and maintain workplace organization in compliance with 5S methodologies.
  • Operate electronic tools (e.g., electric screwdrivers/guns) accurately and safely to specified torque values.
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.


  • ITI, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in production and assembly line operations.
  • Good understanding of SOPs, BOM, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Knowledge of manual/electronic soldering and use of electric screwdrivers/tools.
  • Understanding of Kaizen, 5S, line balancing, and manpower handling.
  • Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and adherence to production standards.
