Junior Manager - Production - Engine Testing & Assembly

- Experienced in leading small teams, optimizing workflow, and executing detailed engine diagnostics under rigorous operating procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities

· Ensure timely assembly of engine components based on technical specifications.
· Demonstrate proficiency in using hand and power tools to ensure engines meet quality and performance standards.
· Prepare in-house test setups as per internal customer requirements for engine testing on test rigs.
· Ensure all rigs and fixtures are in good working condition to avoid downtime.
· Allocate work to junior staff, monitor progress, and report work status to seniors.
Test Execution:
· Conduct and analyze engine tests to evaluate performance, durability, and compliance with specifications.
· Operate engines under various conditions (speed, load) in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
· Continuously monitor tests to ensure correct procedures and accurate data collection
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or related engineering specializations.
Core Competencies: Hands-on experience in engine assembly (Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Crank Shaft) and rigorous engine testing (Diesel and general engines).
Key Skills: Engine Assy, Test Rig setup, troubleshooting, workflow allocation, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
