About the role

  • Specialized expertise in the auto components industry, adept at managing plant machinery installation, commissioning, and comprehensive plant-wide equipment maintenance.
  • Proven track record in minimizing downtime through rigorous Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance frameworks for advanced manufacturing setups.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide support for installation & commissioning of plant machinery & equipment.
  • Ensure proper functioning of all equipment and machines in plants & offices by providing
  • Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics maintenance Support.
  • PM, B/D, Predictive Maintenance of Forging and Machining Shop.
  • Knowledge of Heat Treatment ,Press, Furnaces, Shot blasting, SPM, CNC,VMC,HMC, Grinding Machinces , Hydraulic & pneumatic.
  • Working knowledge of Spindle assembly, slides, ball screw, Bearing Fitment
  • Working knowledge of SAP PM Module.
  • Improve MTBF & MTTR by quick response to breakdown and ensure systematic preventive maintenance of machines & equipments.
  • Exposure to Predictive & Preventive Maintenance.
  • Exposure to Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Electro Pneumatics.
  • Knowledge of Oil & Lubricants
  • Spare parts monitoring & control.
  • Improve projects to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of Documentation as per IATF, ISO & OHSAS

  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Core Competencies: Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical maintenance, forging/machining shop operations (CNC, VMC, HMC, Presses, Furnaces, SPM), and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

  • Technical Systems: Proficient in the SAP PM Module, spare parts control, reliability metrics (MTBF & MTTR), and quality compliance documentation (IATF, ISO, OHSAS).
