HR Recruiters/ Sr. Recruiters - Urgent Hiring's- Multiple

• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding job requirements and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Skilled in headhunting, job postings, bulk mailing, database generation, and talent mapping through platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong ability to assess candidates for technical and behavioural fit, engage passive talent, meet recruitment deadlines, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure timely closures.

·         Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, from requisition capturing till on boarding candidates.

·         Analyze the Job Requirements and source suitable candidates.

·         Job postings, Bulk mailing, Head Hunting, Companies mapping.

·         Ensure the offered candidates join the organization with regular follow-ups

·         Conduct telephonic Screening of the profiles Check for Technical & Behavioural Fitment

·         Generate databases from various sources like job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, etc

·         Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)

·         Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.

·         Responsible for meeting recruitment deadlines

·         Coordination between Team and Companies for completing the cycle i.e. end to end.
