About the role

  • Looking for enthusiastic and technically sound Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Engineering/Operations team. The selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, production operations, quality systems, maintenance, process improvement, and engineering activities.
  • The role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are looking to build a strong career in the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand and support day-to-day engineering and production operations.
  • Assist senior engineers in process planning, production activities, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support implementation of quality standards and process controls.
  • Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Prepare and maintain engineering, production, and quality-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and other departments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
  • Learn and effectively use relevant engineering tools, equipment, and software.
  • Perform other engineering-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA or other engineering software.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MIS systems.
  • Exposure to quality management systems such as ISO.
  • Basic knowledge of production planning and process improvement.
