Gearbox Assembly Supervisor

·         Primary responsibility to lead a team of Group leader and associate to achieve the shift production target with Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale.

·         Monitoring shift wise target of the line.

·         Responsible for producing first time. O.K. Gear Box assembly line.

·         Well aware of critical stages of Gear Box production and work towards production optimization by reducing the bottleneck operations in the system.

·         Monitoring hourly basis production target and taking countermeasure to avoid the line stoppage.

·         To analyses the day-to-day problems regarding production loss, quality defects, line rejections and market quality defects feedback and their countermeasures.

·         Follow up of critical items and foreseen shortages with other department to avoiding the line stoppage.

·         Ensure adherence of process as per standard by Cross job observation with cell leader and identified the kaizen for improvement of process and modified the standard.

·         Creating healthy work environment through 5S and safety petrol audit and identified the unsafe condition and action to avoid Industrial accidents

·         Manpower Planning and Ensuring availability.
