Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Production (Bus Manufacturing)

• Responsible for managing and executing production activities in Trim Line, Structure Line, and Fabrication Line for bus manufacturing.
• The role ensures adherence to production targets, quality standards, safety norms, and cost optimization while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

A. Structure Line

·         Supervise bus body structure assembly and frame alignment.

·         Ensure dimensional accuracy as per design drawings.

·         Monitor welding quality and structural integrity.

·         Implement jigs, fixtures, and poka-yoke systems.

B. Fabrication Line

·         Oversee cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication of bus body components.

·         Monitor welding parameters and quality standards.

·         Reduce rejection and rework rates.

·         Ensure proper handling of raw materials.

C. Trim Line

·         Supervise installation of interiors (seats, panels, flooring, electrical harness, HVAC ducts, windows).

·         Ensure finish quality and adherence to customer specifications.

·         Monitor torque settings and fitment standards.

·         Conduct final inspection before dispatch.
