About the role

  • Innovative automotive electrical engineer with strong expertise in bus/coach architecture, EV/HEV systems, and advanced wiring design tools like CATIA Electrical and Capital Harness.
  • Skilled in network protocols such as CAN and LIN, with a proven track record of solving complex technical problems and managing cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Strong knowledge of automotive electrical & electronic systems.

·         Experience with bus/coach electrical architecture and EV/HEV systems.

·         Proficiency in design tools: CATIA Electrical, Capital Harness (CHS), AutoCAD,Electrical, or similar.

·         Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and diagnostic protocols.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in electrical system design for automotive or commercial vehicles.
  • Knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture, CAN/LIN communication protocols, and diagnostic standards (UDS, OBD).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Catia Electrical, Capital Harness, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
