About the role

  • Analytical and detail-oriented professional skilled in MIS reporting, data analysis, MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and dashboards. Experienced in preparing management reports, tracking KPIs, coordinating with departments, and supporting plant operations. Strong in communication, presentation, documentation, multitasking, and maintaining confidentiality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports related to plant performance, production, and operations.
  • Assist the Plant Head in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from different plant departments.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal meetings and management reviews.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission of operational data.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and communication on behalf of the Plant Head.
  • Support in meeting preparation, minutes of meeting (MoM), and follow-up actions.
  • Track key plant KPIs and support in preparing analytical insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive plant information.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Plant Head as required.
  • Strong MIS reporting and data analysis skills
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Good knowledge of data handling and reporting systems
