Die Process Engineer
About the role
- Manufacturing and Die Design professional with experience in GDC/LPDC components, specializing in manufacturing feasibility, process planning, APQP, DFMEA, control plans, process sheets, and tool planning.
- Skilled in independently handling die design, 3D die data generation, and 2D drawing development, with a strong understanding of die manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead development of process flows, process sheets, DFMEAs, tool lists and control plans.
· Responsible for manufacturing feasibility study for GDC/LPDC parts from customer drawings.
· Conduct & prepare APQP, DFMEA, Control plans documents for die, Die process plans
· Should be capable to handle independently die design, generated 3D die data and 2D drawings.
· Experience in a GDC/LPDC aluminum foundry / Die manufacturer.
· Knowledge of Die design(NX,Catia) and simulation softwares (Magma.Anycasting or any other simulation software)
· Knowledge of auto component manufacturing industry
· Knowledge of GDC / LPDC process with Cold box coring process
· With preferably knowledge of Excel/ Power point

UG: B.Tech/B.E., B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
