Roles and Responsibilities
- Source Talent: Find active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen Resumes: Review applications and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate basic qualifications.
- Manage Interviews: Coordinate and lead interview processes with hiring managers.
- Manage Pipeline: Track applicant status and notes using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Extend Offers: Prepare job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding.
- Communication: Strong verbal and writing skills to engage candidates and promote the company.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple open roles and set priorities under tight deadlines.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with modern ATS and HR databases.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven work experience in full-cycle recruitment
