About the role

HR professional experienced in manpower planning, blue-collar hiring, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and shopfloor HR operations. Skilled in performance management, employee relations, grievance and disciplinary handling, statutory & factory compliance, audits, and HR analytics, with hands-on exposure to ISO/QMS and labour law compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting (Blue & White Collar) Campus Hirings.
  • Hiring & Onboarding of Blue-Collar workforce within TAT Induction and smooth deployment at shopfloor.
  • Monthly Attendance, Payroll Management, Confirmations, HR Operation Excellence & employee life cycle Hiring to Retire
  • Performance Management System- Half Yearly, Mid-Year, Annual appraisals.
  • Shopfloor Connect, Preventive IR practices, Grievance handling, HR Helpdesk, Retention for blue collar
  • Disciplinary Management Absconding, Show Cause, Terminations
  • Monthly compliance- PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, all statutory Registers records,
  • QMS/ISO - Understanding of quality management system. ISO Audit requirement ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Social audits, Internal & External audits
  • Statutory Compliances, Factory Compliances & Governance thru external portal.
  • Handling external statutory audits like DISH, Labour, ESIC Inspection
  • Factory & Labour Licenses – Amendments & Renewal
  • HR Dashboards - Manpower dashboards & Analytics
  • Candidate must have experience in the role of HR & IR in mfg. setup
  • Good communication skills, Proficient in MS office, Presentations, HR Digital process
  • Should be Excellent in MS Excel, Data Preparation & Analytics
  • Individual contributor role.
