  • Finance and accounting professional with experience in billing, collections, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and statutory compliance. Skilled in SAP, GST, TDS, TCS, VAT, vendor payments, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely financial operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managed billing and collections accounting processes using SAP, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Conducted regular bank and dealer account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Monitored accounts receivable, performed risk assessments, and proactively followed up to ensure timely collections.
  • Handled GST, TDS, and TCS compliance activities with a strong understanding of indirect taxation requirements.
  • Resolved dealer account queries promptly while maintaining effective stakeholder communication and relationships.
  • Managed legacy VAT issues and ensured proper closure of outstanding matters.
  • Oversaw vendor bill processing and statutory payments.

Education: B.Com/M.Com/ MBA (Finance)/CA (Inter)

Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective in team and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP for accounting and process management
  • Industry Preferred: Automobile/Automotive/Product based any manufacturing exp required.
