About the role

  • Create Operational Excellence to Develop, Evaluate & implement timely Change for the Ongoing Products with the best manufacturing process & practices to facilitate, support & enhance productivity & quality of process and product by optimization of all resources.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Material preparation (CRI/NPI) for Projects/CA/CBS/ DCN etc.
  • Ensure implementation with all process completion in line with Bus master.
  • SAP BOM Control, Maintenance and BOM variance analysis.
  • Part Number Creation, Updating and Maintenance.
  • Routing Creation, Work Centre allocation in SAP, Updating and Control.
  • Production Order Creation and Closure in SAP including Aftermarket requirements
  • Understanding of order costing & COGI variance analysis.
  • Accountable for Driving cross-functional activities between Engineering, Production, SCM and purchasing for new part changes.
  • As Responsible SAP Key user, drive improvement of Process and IT Solution.
  • Interacting with IT team & global team to resolve issues.
  • Responsible for delivering departmental KRIs in line with organizational objectives and target

  • Graduate in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of the SAP Bus Master solution at least in the department area and high level understanding of the entire solution
  • Experience in SAP PP (production planning) Module.
  • Knowledge: SAP MM (Material master creation and maintenance, purchase order, scheduling agreements)
  • Knowledge on Product, Process Product development and Purchasing process.
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Preparation process.
