AM - TCF /Assembly Line Maintenance
About the role
- Experience in TCF/Chassis line equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and shift handling.
- Skilled in Siemens S7-1500 PLC, HMI, drives, SCADA, EMS, conveyors, DCNRs, filling machines, VIN punching, servo systems, and industrial networking.
- Experienced in preventive & predictive maintenance, spare planning, equipment uptime improvement, Kaizen, and electrical control circuit troubleshooting, with hands-on exposure to RBT, WAM, smoke testing, and filling machine functions.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for maintenance of Chassis process equipment consisting of Conveyors, EMS system, DCNRs, Filling Machines, VIN Punching, Tester line etc.
· Handling shift independently of Chassis line and trouble-shooting the equipment & MES system.
· Knowledge of machine spare planning & audit doc. Preparation.
· Develop the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance technique for ensuring the reliability of TCF shop equipment. Identification & ordering of the TCF shop spares.
· Identify the improvement opportunities in improving the Equipment uptime, Cost & Quality & drive the Kaizen culture in TCF maintenance.
· TCF equipment uses control system & communication network mapping which consists Siemens (S7-1500 PLC, HMI, drives & SCADA system), DCNRs, Servo motor.
· Experience on electrical Control Circuits, networking & trouble shooting on the hardware & software part., Testing functions Area like RBT, WAM & Smoke testing, filling machines etc.
· Hands on experience on VFD's, HMI & AC/DC Drives.
· Knowledge of Conveyor, DCNR and engine line equipments.
· Knowledge of SAP.
Education
UG: B.Tech/B.E., B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical, Diploma: Any Specialization
